Where You Bought Matters

MWAH products are sold exclusively through licensed cannabis retailers in legal markets. Because cannabis sales are regulated, returns and refunds are processed through the licensed retailer where you made your purchase, following that retailer’s policy and applicable state law.

What We Cover

Eligible Issues

  • A pen that won’t activate or doesn’t charge via USB-C
  • A leaking, cracked, or visibly damaged device
  • A manufacturing defect affecting performance (such as a clogged draw or a battery that fails prematurely)
  • An item that doesn’t match the flavor or strain labeled on the packaging

Not Eligible

  • Pens that have been used beyond reasonable testing, unless defective
  • Damage from misuse, drops, heat exposure, or unauthorized charging
  • Change of mind or flavor preference, as opened cannabis products generally cannot be restocked or resold under state regulations
  • Products not purchased from a licensed retailer, including counterfeit or unverified sources

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method or are issued as retailer credit, depending on the retailer’s process. Timing varies by retailer and payment provider, typically [5 to 10] business days after approval.

Safety First

  • Stop using any device that overheats, smells burnt, leaks, or causes discomfort
  • Don’t try to open or repair your pen
  • If you experience health symptoms such as chest pain, severe coughing, or shortness of breath, seek medical care right away
  • Dispose of damaged devices through proper electronics or hazardous-waste recycling
